Our History

Catch the Fire India Foundation (CTFIF) began its journey in 2020, during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially, we offered motivational and equipping online schools to young adults, helping them overcome isolation and loneliness. These online programs continued for two years, laying the foundation for our work in education and child development.

In 2022, CTFIF expanded its reach by hosting weekend fun-learning camps for nearly 100 school-going children in Nagaland. This was inspired by the vision of Rajan Mani and Faustin Fernando, who wanted to provide quality education to underprivileged children in India, helping every child build confidence and identity, regardless of their religion or background.

Following this, CTFIF partnered with a preschool in Ahmedabad, promoting a holistic approach to learning. Our programs focus on improving communication skills, fostering curiosity, and enabling every child to become a successful, lifelong learner.

Continuing the journey, CTFIF partnered with Agape School in Bengaluru to further its commitment to inclusive education. Through this collaboration, we support children from diverse backgrounds with creative learning environments, personalized mentoring, and values-based development — empowering each child to thrive academically and emotionally.

Today, CTFIF continues to grow, reaching children across India with the mission of equitable, innovative, and inclusive education — ensuring no child is left behind.
