Volunteer With Us: Inspire a Child’s Future.

Volunteer With Us

Catch the Fire India Foundation welcomes teachers, professionals, and donors to join us in our mission to educate children in India. We believe that our talents are gifts from God, given not only for ourselves but to be shared with others.

There is an old saying: “The measurement of your generosity becomes the measurement of your return.” Your investment of time, resources, or expertise can change the trajectory of a child’s life.

We are inviting people to give—whether it is a day of the week, a season of life, or a lasting commitment—to pour wisdom and knowledge into these beautiful children. What you impart will shape them into future citizens of India who can live with dignity and purpose.

Just imagine: if each of us dedicated even a tenth of our lifetime toward these children, together we could help eradicate poverty, prevent sex trafficking, and ensure no child is left begging on the streets.

With your partnership, our communities can become safe, hope-filled places for the next generation.

Volunteer Roles

Anyone with a heart to serve children, families, and communities can volunteer. Whether you are a student, working professional, retiree, or homemaker, your time and skills  make a difference.

  • Classroom Support – Assist teachers during lessons, help children with activities, and support day-to-day learning routines.
  • Academic Assistance – Support teaching by handling a class or a small group of children to deliver academic lessons, reinforce concepts, or guide them through the course/syllabus as needed.
  • Extracurricular Facilitation – Volunteer in areas like art, music, dance, drama, sports, or storytelling.
  • Specialist Services – Doctors, psychologists, therapists, and other professionals can offer periodic support sessions or workshops.
  • Event & Program Volunteers – Help plan and run school events, learning camps, celebrations, and outreach programs.
  • Administrative & Operational Support – Assist with documentation, content creation, organizing resources, or coordinating program activities.

No experience is needed, just the heart for children and a passion to serve.

We encourage volunteers to commit for at least one year, even if it is just one day a week. This consistency helps children build trust and form meaningful relationships with you.
However, if you have a different availability or a short-term requirement, please connect with us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
